Getting paid out for your fundraiser on Quicket

Getting paid for your fundraiser

We've tried to make it as easy as possible to get paid the funds you raise on Quicket. When you're going through the fundraiser creation process, you can add your banking details in Step 3 - Payout Details. If you're unsure which bank account you want to be paid into yet or don't have your bank details on hand, you can also come back to your fundraiser dashboard at a later stage to add your banking details. In your dashboard menu choose Manage then Payout Details.

If you've set an end date for your fundraiser, we'll pay out all of the funds owed to your bank account (less our fees) within 3 working days of your fundraiser end date. If you've kept your fundraiser open indefinitely, we will make a payment (less our fees) to your bank account on the first working day of each week.

For either case, if you forget to add your banking details before your payout date, we'll send you an email on the day of your scheduled payout to add your bank account. You can simply add your banking details then and be paid out on the next working day.

Please note that we charge a commission fee of 4.9% (ex VAT) that is deducted from your payout. Donors pay a small fee of R3 per donation.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us on +27 21 424 9308 or email us on support@quicket.co.za if you have any questions.
