Follow your favourite organisers on Quicket

Never miss an event from organisers you love. By following an organiser, you’ll receive notifications when they publish new events.

You can choose to be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Before you begin

  • You must be logged in to your Quicket account
  • Have your mobile phone nearby if selecting WhatsApp notifications

Where can I follow organisers and artists?

You can follow organisers and artists in a few different places on Quicket:

Organisers

  • On an event page (heart icon next to the organiser’s name)

  • On the organiser’s profile page

  • After purchasing tickets (Stay Connected section)

  • After leaving a review for the event

Artists

  • On the artist’s profile page (heart icon)
  • After purchasing tickets

Wherever you follow from, the same notification options will apply.

How to follow an organiser

Step 1: Select Follow

Click the Follow button or heart icon wherever it appears.

Step 2: Choose your notification preferences

Select how you would like to be notified:

  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Or both

Then click Save.

Step 3: Verify your mobile number (WhatsApp only)

If you select WhatsApp notifications:

  1. Enter your mobile number
  2. Click Save
  3. Enter the one-time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS
  4. Click Confirm
  • You only need to verify your mobile number once.
  • Once verified, you won’t need to enter an OTP again unless you change your number.

Done!

  • Your preferences will be saved
  • You will start receiving notifications when that organiser publishes new events

When will I receive notifications?

For organisers

You’ll be notified when an organiser you follow publishes a new public event.

For artists

You’ll be notified when an artist you follow is featured on a new event.

Managing your preferences

You can update your preferences anytime:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select Notification Preferences
  3. Update your preferences
    • Email and/or WhatsApp notifications

Updating or verifying your mobile number

To update or verify your number:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Open Contact Information
  3. Add or update your number
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your phone
  • A verified number is required for WhatsApp notifications
  • Verifying your number does not automatically follow organisers or artists.

Stop following an organiser or artist

You can stop following an organiser at any time from your account settings:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Select Notification Preferences
  3. Find the organiser or artist you want to unfollow
  4. Turn off notifications or unfollow by disabling all notifications.

FAQs

Why can’t I follow an organiser or artist?

You need to be logged in to use this feature.

Why can’t I select WhatsApp notifications?

If you’re trying to enable WhatsApp notifications in your Notification Preferences and the option is unavailable, your mobile number may not be verified yet.

You’ll see a banner on the page letting you know your number is not verified, with an option to verify it.

To fix this:

  1. Click the option in the banner to verify your number
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your phone
  3. Once verified, return to your notification preferences and select WhatsApp
