How to end sales or mark your Quicket event as sold out

How to end ticket sales or mark your event as sold out

It's simple to end ticket sales for your event, and there are a couple ways to go about doing it.

Start by logging into your Quicket account, and go to Organiser Hub -> My  Events then click on the name of your event. From the event dashboard menu choose Manage Checkout then Ticket Types

At the top of the page, you'll see a button STOP SALES.

You'll then see the option to either End Ticket Sales or Mark as Sold Out.

Choosing End Ticket Sales will change the 'End ticket sales' time to the current time; visitors to the event page will see 'N/A' under Quantity for each ticket type and will not be able to select any tickets to purchase.

Choosing Mark as Sold Out will set your event capacity at zero; visitors to the event page will see 'Sold out' under Quantity for each ticket type and will not be able to select any tickets to purchase.

Note that both of these options apply to all of your ticket types. You can always come back to this page and open your ticket sales again by changing the date your ticket sales end or removing the 'zero' event capacity.
