When can I expect my STEP refund?

My ticket was sold in STEP -- when will I be refunded?

As soon as your ticket has sold in STEP, we will cancel the ticket and issue your refund. You will be refunded the face value of the ticket price.

(Click here for help checking the status of your tickets in STEP).

If you originally paid for your tickets by debit, cheque or credit card (South African or international), you will be refunded back to the same account from which the funds were debited. It may take 7-10 working days for the funds to reflect. If you don't see the refund after that time, try checking your bank statement on the date of the original transaction, or search your statement for payments from 'Quicket' or 'Munyhub'.

If you paid for your tickets by EFT, cash deposit, SnapScan, Instant EFT or Zapper, you will be prompted to enter your banking details before adding your tickets to STEP. This is the account we will issue the refund to; please allow up to 3 working days after the refund was actioned for the funds to reflect into the account you've provided.

If you paid Quicket for your tickets via international EFT or wire transfer, please contact our support team on
support@quicket.com or phone us on +27 21 424 9308 for help with your STEP refund.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that your tickets will be sold in STEP.
